10 Inch Leather Messenger Bag vintage satchel bag Crossbody Bags for Men and Women unisex office bag

The smell coming off this bag is awful. It’s tacky to the touch and when wrapped in a plastic bag the smell comes through. Unfortunately I waited too long to return it and am stuck with it. If I don’t find someone to take it off my hands will prob end up in the garbage. Very disappointing.

I really like this bag. Im using it to carry my tablet, and small items, for use at my Art Show next month!

The bag is made of nice, durable leather.

As good as pictured. Quality leather with good colour and tight/straight stitching that gives me reason to think it will be very durable. The dimensions were paramount in this selection and they were quite true to published specs. Green interior liner gives it a nice finished look. What would have made it perfect, (and Id pay the money), would have been the addition of matching brass snaps to the very generous shoulder strap so I can more easily tuck it away when not wanted. Ill probably do it myself. In reality, then, Id give it a 4.75 star rating!

So it’s a fine bag after I did some work on it . Literally oiled it up about 5x before it looked somewhat normal… it arrived to me pretty cracked and dry. the buckle on the shoulder strap pulls my hair out. And the manual buckles on the front are a little fussy. I tried to install some magnetic buttons, kinda helps but it was extremely difficult to sew through leather . I really just wanted a refund but they just sent me another bag that was exactly the same so. Idk , if you want a sturdy bag but don’t need access to the contents of it quickly , this might be the bag for you!

Perfect fit for an iPad 8th gen. Easy to carry, this is a bargain considering the quality. The difference between this and a cheap bag is $10– its worth every penny. I get compliments every time I wear it! (If you’re wondering, yes this is unisex)

The buckles are too modern for antiquated appearance, but are very easy to use.

I was very disappointed in this bag. I understand that the leathers may vary from the picture but I was expecting the leather to all look the same. The bag looked like two different types of leather were used and they looked bad. It also had a very bad smell to it and appeared to have been used.

I kept looking for a good leather Satchel kind of bag like this and I see a lot of bags like this for like $80-$200 but this one, for the size I wanted, was just $35. So I thought it wasnt gonna be quality, but it really is. Ive had this for a few months now and it has only had one problem, and thats being in water/in the rain. I was standing outside in the rain for about a minute trying to help bring luggage bags in, and to give the bag some credit, it was raining much much harder than it normally would. I remember it so well because it was before we went on a trip to Oklahoma and the rain drenched my clothes in just a few seconds as was helping bring bags in. The shoulder strap has darkened and stretched a little bit, but thats the only problem. Theres a warning not to have it be wet and to keep it out of water, I just couldnt get inside at the time as I was waiting for someone to get their bag out for me to carry and it still holds really really good. This is my favorite bag and my grandma, who loves to collect purses, thought that it cost around $150 but when I told her it was just $35 she was in shock. I like really really recommend this if youre looking for a leather Satchel bag like this. Also, its real leather in case anybody is concerned, I wasnt even looking for a real leather one, I just wanted one, so its a pretty big plus for me.
