Really dampened the vibration these pads worked.... Idk about uv resistance tho and they do have a strange odor

One Amazon customer wrote about this item: They dont provide enough support for heavy speakers such as main speakers and woofers. They can be easily compressed by weight, exactly like memory foam. Once they are compressed, they stay paper-thin and provide no support. Better get something made of rubber . I definitely agree with him. Not worth buying.

My washer is less shaking like earthquake. But if the pad can stick on the bottom is a plus.

We live in a semi-detached house, and my wife is an early bird exerciser jumping on her NordicTrack Classic Pro Skier for a 30 minute workout at 5:30AM. One day while working in the basement she began her workout in the afternoon, and the house began rumbling as if a train going by, accompanied by a rythmic noise of an field oil pump. It turned out to be her on second floor working out. I was surprised the noise and rumbling traveled two floors down. My neighbors also inquired as to what the source of noise was so early in the morning. After searching I came across this item. Now, unless I am standing next to her while working out. I do not hear the Skier in the next room with the door closed, and I do not hear the Skier anywhere else in the house, and the rumbling is gone. It actually worked for us.

Wow! I really needed help with not feeling and hearing vibrations, while sleeping, from loud sources out of my control aka jake brakes and loud vehicle noise! For some reason my town in Lewistown MT promotes noise pollution and demands semi’s use jake brakes in populated areas! It was causing serious sleep interruption, this town has a high suicide rate and i fully believe that ppl in shoddy housing with loud noises contribute to it

These are working great. I’m actually using them on my computer to make the desktop straddle my desk leg. Works perfectly for my application because it is a dense foam that holds its shape. Only needed to use 2 squares so I still have extras for other applications! Might use if for the washer after all!
