> 24 hourThese are exactly what I was looking for. They are well made and provide a back shell to protect the solder joints. The registration detent is also very nice so you cant plug them in backwards.

> 24 hourI used these on an electric skateboard build. I replaced the standard metal barrel connectors and am no longer having issues with motors cutting out

> 24 hourI have tried several XT60 & similar connectors from several different brands, and I can confidently say that the Amass brand ones are my favorite. They are more reliable to plug & unplug, they can take more heat from a soldering iron before they deform, and the little grey insulator piece is a complete game changer. They may cost a bit more than some other alternatives, but it is 100% worth it. I wont buy any other brand ever again.

> 24 hourThese cost about 50% more than XT60, but I guess that makes sense. I saw these years ago and thought too bulky for a quadcopter (my runs are directly from motor to ESC). However, now that I’m working on scooters and boards, they make a lot more sense. These connectors fit well and look professional. Just remember that, as with the XT60, the 60 amp rating is peak. Their actual rating is 30 amps which is not much if you are trying to run 1600 watt hub motors. Consider XT90 and MR90 for “ride on” applications.

> 24 hourIm using these in my electric skateboards (for motor phase wires). I bench tested them and the withstand the higher amperage of the batteries Im using and stay cool throughout the entire process. They are very solidly built, not a single one in the package was bad. Each connector fits perfectly and is aligned flawlessly.

> 24 hourEditing my review! I couldnt get solder to stick because my butane soldering iron didnt make enough heat. I switched to a 75 watt gun and was able to get good joins. I also learned if you squeeze the pins with needle nose pliers they become easy to unplug. Another tip is fill the grey cap with silicone or glue to take pressure off the solder
