Its a little pricey. Seems to be a strong durable coating. easy to apply by brush or roller. My airless sprayer was not up to the job. This product is very thick. I have no idea what solvent would thin a silicon coating and not have adverse effects. I was walking on it after a few days...seems to stick to any surface....,except plastic container it comes in. I am very happy and would buy it again.

Worked as expected

I rolled this on my 2005 24ft travel trailer. I bought the 5gal pail. I put it on very heavy and only used just over half of the pail. Let me tell you it came out beautiful. It has only been two weeks since I did it, but it looks like it should last a very long time. Its a little expensive,but I only wanted to do it one time. Im very satisfied with this product.

We redid the roof top on the camper with this product and it is very good stuff. It has been a month and a half and no problems. We live in our camper we are full time campers seeing the country and need a good roof this has done exactly as the direction’s said it will do.

So far so good. Been on the flat roof here in Florida about a month and still looks like it when on yesterday.

Very easy to apply. According to the directions I should of used the entire 5 gallons. Only use about 2.5 gallons and it covered the entire roof of my 5th wheel.

Used for repair on a small section of flat roof. Good prep is essential. Used pressure wash and Simple Green to thoroughly clean area, let dry, then some Xylene, let dry, then some 91% alcohol for a final touch up. 4-5 days total prep. Roller application was simple, but youll need more than you think as the roller seems to really suck it up. 2 days to dry to a point where it was not tacky, but the night temps got into the low 40s, so understandable. Really good adhesion, but slippery when wet, so throw a little sand down during application if you ever want to walk on it.

I was amazed at how easy it went on and how far it goes. I used on my rv roof that is TPO. And it was a great product that worked perfectly
