1,000lbs 40 Saucer Tree Swing for Kids Adults with Heavy Duty Chains Plastic Coated, Textilene Wear-Resistant

I have found this to be a good product over all so far. We have only been using it since April of 2022. So far it’s been able to support myself and my 12 year old daughter at the same time. I do have it attached with bolts through a 4x6 on our newly built swing set. But the nuts keep coming loose on the eye bolts. I’ve had to tighten all them up again.

I hung it from my outdoor pergola. It has an excellent design and is practically built to hold an elephant! Easy to assemble. But the photo of 4 kids sitting on it with room to spare is inaccurate. No doubt this swing can hold the weight of 4 kids, but 3 children would fill it up.

Missing parts.

This is really a nice product, but with a critical design flaw. The metal “loop” that the strap is fed through to wrap around a tree limb had serrated edges that cut the strap. The strap, with a cut edge, then tore apart. I spent an additional $100 for two 12’ galvanized 5/8 chain to attach to a large live oak limb. I threaded the chain through a length of fire hose, which will protect the limb from damage. My grandkids absolutely love this swing, but I had to give the product a disappointing rating of 3 stars. It is my hope that the company will correct the problem, which could be as simple as burnishing the sharp edges.

There is NO way you could fit FOUR kids on this as pictured. There’s no way you could fit two for that matter. It’s a fun thing but it’s a single occupancy swing (kids will have to take turns (and most likely fight over)) so just be aware.

easy to assemble after I read of the taco method from someone elses review. my tree branch was a little high so I added a few feet of stainless steel chain between the straps and the swing chains. my 3 year olds love it. only negative I noticed was widespread light rusting on the inside of all the metal tubes. planning on disconnecting the swing (easy with locking carabiners) and bringing it inside whenever it rains to make it last longer.

The kids say this is there favorite piece in our playground!!!

Super sturdy build and bright colors. We love this little saucer swing. Great place for the kiddos to go outside and chill.
