At the very end of the title it does say 100 pcs and apparently thats the correct amount of balloons. So dont order based of the first 90% of what the item states. Also down in the item description it repeats multiple times you get 260 balloons when in fact you dont. a rip off at this price for these balloons, skip them for some other listing.
