Perfect, inexpensive way to add a couple of extra ports to a Ubiquity EdgeSwitch 10XP. Didnt even have to power down.

No problems so far in a UniFi USW-8P-150. Recognized properly and passing traffic without errors.

Hotplugged these into Ubiquiti Unifi US-16-150W switches an hour ago. Within a few seconds, the switches were linked and sending data over MMF. Doesnt get any easier than this.

Product worked as expected. We have a few of these in our network. No complaints.

I purchased a pair of these ASF-GE-T SFP transceivers back in No 2019 and they worked as expected (Netgear GC110P and GC110 cloud switches)--no problems. I gave this hardware no other thought (other than appreciation at not having to pay ridiculous pricing for the Netgear branded transceiver doing the same thing). However, upon purchasing additional transceivers earlier this year, to use in other ports on the same hardware, I have been unable to get the new transceivers to work properly. This is my second purchase--I repurchased the ASF-GE-T in August 2020 (returned) and tried these ASF-GE-T1 (Oct 2020)--neither model worked in my Netgear switch. However, the original set purchased last year continue to work fine. When these new SFPs are plugged into the chassis then an active endpoint (PC) connection plugged into the transceiver, the transceivers behaves as if there is a switching loop. In other words, switch logs indicate the transceiver bounces thru various STP states (blocking, forwarding, blocking, forwarding, on and on...)--even though the connection is an endpoint (PC) not another switch. I will be returning this latest set back to Amazon for a refund. Unfortunately, my disappointment cannot also be refunded. :-(
