Perfect, exactly as described, plug it in and 10g is there. Running about three weeks now without issue.

I am giving 3 stars because this does not work with my NIC. The Intel x520 series is apparently very picky about SFP+ compatibility--meaning most of this is Intels fault. However, a nearly identical cable ordered directly from Ubiquiti works just fine with my Intel x520 NICs. Both cables appear to be compatible with my Ubiquiti Unifi enterprise switch. Intel is picky, but 3 stars given based on this cable does not work with Intel x520 while a very similar cable from another source works great. Why vendors blacklist SFP modules is a different topic--you can be assured you are dealing with a scumbag greedy company when they try to lock you into THEIR very expensive optics. Intel = scumbag company in this scenario. But bottom line: this cable does not work with x520, while a nearly identical cable does.

Works great however you have to set the DLink to 10000 and not to auto. Auto did not work

Bought these to be used in conjunction with a Unifi sfp+ 10gb switch. Works great. Only complaint is the cable is very thing and wants to curl up. Has to pay extra attention to keep the cable straight so it didnt get mangled

Works great just as expected...using it on legacy unifi switch down stream from my core switch
