I bought a 10 gig network card and cable from them. Unfortunately I bought the wrong cable and couldnt maintain a connection for more than a few seconds once a minute. Thanking it was a driver issue I contacted the seller. They asked me for the information on my equipment after getting this information they replied back in a very short time letting me know that due to the type of switch I had that I had bought the wrong cable. They gave me links to the correct parts I needed. I ordered the correct parts which ended up cheaper than the cable that they graciously refunded me for. If you need networking components go with 10Gtek and ask before you buy if your not sure what to get.

Connectors seemed well made during install. Clip was a little tough to remove in order to reverse orientation for cross patch, but this is more of a feature than a bug. Clip did not break like older cheap options. Color matched and length was as advertised. Good for a commercial install. Would order again.

Works great between my UDMP and my 16 port POE Switch.

Product arrived with protective packaging and worked with out any issues. Each individual packet contained 4 cables in there own bag with cover caps installed on connection to protect the fibre inputs. It was a nice surprise to receive the package a day earlier than anticipated. Will order there products again in the future when the need arrives for more fibre cables.

Ive used fiber cables for many years. These seem no different than any others. I only know that they work, but have no way of measuring specs or verifying speeds. i would buy again.
