I was using these for a kids project and tried to to hook 4 D batteries up and it fried the wires and connection to the alligator clips, i ended up throwing away the wires and used the alligator clips with some copper wire i had laying around

These alligator clamps hold things securely but are difficult to apply.

I dont have a lot of use for these, so I cant comment on serious use. For light use, they seem to be fine. They are super thin and a bit flimsy, though, so if you plan on using them extensively, you might want to look elsewhere for something that is a bit more sturdy. But for me, an average Joe? Theyre fine.

The wire is extremely thin on these end won’t carry much current at all. Wish they were a little heavier gauge wire.

I used these to wake up four lawn tool batteries that had gone to sleep. The connections held tight, and the battery was up and running in 30 seconds.

They work ok and make good connection. My issue is once that protective sleeve slides back its a pain to get it back on to the clip.

Love these alligator clips, the wires are thick and clips are sturdy. Used them for circuit Science project. Great quality and quantity for the price. I recommend!

I only needed a couple of wired allegator clips. These were inexpensive enough and the quality is good.
