1/2 Shank, 1/4 Radius x 1 Diameter x 1/2 Cutting Length - Roundover Bit, Whiteside #2006

First time purchasing and using a whiteside router bit. All of my bits are freud and bosch, and a couple of cheap no name brand bits that I purchased as throwaways, but they ended up surprising me and working so well. They made it into my drawer of router bits. I decided to buy and try a couple whiteside bits out for a new workbench that I am building. Everytime I read about router bits online. People are always ranting and raving about whiteside. So I decided to give them a try and I am not disappointed I did. They are great bits and leave a crisp silky smooth routed edge. I have to say they dont seem as sharp as some of my freud bits, but that may be due in part to these whiteside bits are meant to last a whole lot longer than other router bits. Another thing I like about white side. Even before I owned any whiteside bits, is the array of different router bits they produce. They product far many more bits than freud. So even though I am a big fan of freuds cutting tools and as long as whiteside holds up their quality. I am going to start a whole new collection of whiteside router bits.

So far this brand of router bits has been the best I have ever used. If there are better quality bits than these I will be amazed.

Well Worth the Money. Works great. Havent had any kickback with it.

Excellent just like all Whiteside router bits. Its also nice that Whiteside makes all of their router bits in the USA.

Cuts cleaner no burning. Worth the money

Outstanding quality as expected. I only buy Whiteside anymore with one exception, Eagle Americas Made in USA line which are made by Whiteside. This router bit leaves a beautiful smooth finish that doesnt really even need sanding. The bit is extremely well balanced and the bearing spins ever so smooth. Obviously I highly recommend Whiteside.
