Mounting was nice& easy. Controller failure 2 lites stayed on. Returned to Amazon got another fan&controller assy. Working fine.

Great value, everything I needed, easy to install. I could not put it in the upper compartment because of a baffle the manufacturer of the trailer put in that upper vent (not enough room), so I put it in the bottom compartment to suck air in and up to go out the upper vent. It was easy to reverse the air flow from out to in, and it easily and secured installed on the vent. I put the temperature sensor in that upper vent easily. It moves quite a bit of air relatively quietly.

Fan kit had all the hardware for an easy fit for American RV access panels. Came with clips, nuts & bolts and thermostatic controller. I installed inside the access panel set on automatic operation so it comes on as needed when temp behind fridge gets too hot. Reduced my freezer temp by 10 deg F and allows me to keep fridge temp at mid 30s in 80 plus Florida temps. Excellent support in helping me place the controller and set temp. Now Ice cream solid and fridge works great!

the adhesive pads that came with were dried out . need to purchase new 3m sticky pads . locally

This is being sold as a fan kit for side vent rv refrigerators however with my unit there was significant interference with the evaporator. Installing the fans to the vent panel was easy, when I went to reinstall the vent panel there was interference with the evaporator behind. I decided to modify the unit my self. There was a 3/16” interference in the bottom section of the fan kit. I removed the side brackets and modified them to remove the material thickness and bottom screws. I also removed the center piece with two counter sink screws (bottom only). Once I did all this, the unit fit fine. Was disappointed that it wasn’t plug and play. Installation of control unit and wiring was very straight forward. Works fine, will provide an update on how well it works, but based on air flow, I expect it should work well.

Easy installation. Brought the temperature down to 35 on fridge setting 4. Have it on automatic mode set to run at 75 degrees.

Customer service was excellent product works as described..,. Brought down temp refrigerator in RV cut power consumption by half.
