I had an issue with the first piece that was sent and they immediately sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service and quality piece of luggage.

Bought this carry on suitcase for a recent trip and was very happy with the weight and the maneuverability. This is our first hardsided luggage so waiting to see if it holds up over time.

It is well constructed and expensive looking however I was able to fit much more into other rolling carry ones that were this size.

First, the Cuban Sand was a 1970s pinky beige, not the pale yellow toned off white that was shown on both my laptop and phone. Now, its ivory white that is neither ivory nor white or in between. Its another pinky beige, just paler. Disgusting color. The handles are more pinky. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They need to get their eyes fixes or learn the language. The color was that much off! I tried for a THIRD time - ordered graphite grey. Cant go wrong there, but thats what I figured with ivory white. The graphite grey will be fine - I hope.

After buying several to compare, this is a decently constructed and seemingly durable suitcase. For the money though, it lacks a few more inportant features. Outside there is a TSA lock but no corner supports/bumpers, no bottom handle, not expandable, wheels seem like they wont wear well and feels a little flimsy overall. Inside there is nothing to write home about either. Bottom Line: Other brands offer quality with a more features like more organization, duribility and thos ementioned above.

Im impressed with this mini carry on suitcase. Its very easy to maneuver and appears to be well made. I also like the different compartments which helps to separate and compact items. It holds more than I thought it would, especially when I tightly roll my items. This has become my go to suitcase for when I travel for work.

I got this suitcase for 1-2 days trips and its the balm, especially on airplanes. It really does fit underneath the coach seat in front of you or in overhead and holds more than i expected. I use compression packing cubes with it and can actually use this case for a 3 day trip if i plan carefully. Its so light and easier to use then my normal carry on. I use mine for 3-4 day car trips too and carry clothes in a hang up bag. if they go on sale i will get it in another color.

This suitcase is the perfect size! The hard side is protective. The color is just “meh” IMHO. However, it is quite functional. We were able to back a change of clothes, laptop, and a pair of shoes in the suitcase. We took a small crop plane. Others had to check their bags at the jetway. However, the bag is so small, that it fit in the small overhead compartment. I love that I don’t need to carry an extra backpack. I do wish it had a side zipper or slot so that I could access the laptop, earbuds, etc more easily.

This is a nice upgrade for me.

Its a trooper. And that is a very good thing. Survived 12 serious blocks of downtown DC streets (dont ask), Chicago, and NYC. Its roughed up, but the wheels, handles, and body are in tack. Sweet...
