Product worked as expected. Was slightly bent due to packaging but did not cause any problems

I like this product. It did have a crease in it when it arrived, but that didnt affect my use. It has worked well for me. I just left it out flat for a few days. I will buy this again when needed. Delivery was prompt.

Too thick

I really like the heat press pillow - I use it when heat pressing HTV because a lot of the items I heat press are onesies. The padding within the pillow works to provide an even heat press on garments with extra folds/seams/snaps. I knocked 1 star off because the pillow arrived in less then perfect condition - the teflon cover was crinkled severely on arrival. Im not sure if the damage occurred during shipping, it could have been packaged better.

Its very thick and takes up all of the platon height and adjustment. Instantly had a dwell/time and pressure issue with my heat applied vinyl because I couldnt back the head out any further. Also rounding off the corners will make it much easier to get in and out of what your pressing that is near the size pillow you are using. A new and unexpected learning curve at the most inopportune time but survived. It is a quality item and well worth the money.

I like that this is bigger than the TShirt or Sweatshirts. Use it all the time, it is of great value.

Worked asexpected

I do sublimation printing. Using this pressing pillow makes it easy to eliminate unwanted press marks and gives even pressure for printing even when there are seams or rivets.
