Worked great. Used one these to modify the center console organizer in a tahoe so that a box of tissues could be placed under the organizer and the tissues be dispensed through one of these.

Used 2” hole saw for the holes. They were loose in the hole. Put a wrap of electrical tape on for tighter fit
