The product arrived on time, connected to my phone just fine. The ear piece you can hear out of but the microphone is terrible. No one can hear me out of it, they say it sounds like I have a blanket over my mouth when I speak. Very disappointed, waste of money for that purpose.

These did not at all meet expectations. I purchased two and one stopped working in one ear bud after a couple of weeks. The second sounds “scratchy” and I suspect is on uneven way to failing, as well.

even at full volume, it was very difficult to hear the caller and for them to hear me. Quality is terrible on these. Would not purchase again.
