The bands are easy to change sizes and fit very comfortably. These were worth the money and I will definitely be buying them in more colors.

> 3 dayI like the band, comfortable good quality my only complaint is there is no loop to secure band, it ticks inside the band and can cause a little chafing when working out/sweating still really like the comfort/fit but would love it if the band had a loop on the outside
