These hooks are sturdy and easy to install. However, I couldnt use them. The space between the hooks is less than 2 inches. That dimension was not very clear on the product page. That proved critical when I tried to use them. I had to go with another product for my intended use.

Bought these for guitar storage duty. They are steel so theyre going to be stronger than whatever you mount them to. The rubber guards protect guitar heads. Screw them into a stud and youll never worry about whether theyll hold a guitar, or basically anything else you can lift up to them securely.

Exactly what was needed to hang various items in garage.

Easy to install with included hardware, drove the screws straight into a stud and it is sturdy enough for a 45 pound barbell. It fits a little tight on the barbell collar but that will probably loosen up a bit over time as the rubber compresses on the hooks. Perfect for what Im using it for.

These hooks are rock solid. I’m using them for pool equipment in the backyard and they are more than sufficient. After using these and seeing how well built they are, I plan to buy more to use in the garage. You won’t be disappointed with these.

I ordered this hoping to use to hang my guitars, but unfortunately the width isn’t wide enough for the neck of the guitars. I’ll use them in the garage for other general purposes though.
