Just what I was looking for

I havent used this product yet because it is greasy. The cardboard slip wrapped around the tape had soaked up some. I unrolled it and the entire thing has grease/oil of some sort all over it. Not sure why or the purpose but it already stained my weighed blanket because I wasnt expecting it to be like that upon opening. Idk if I can wash it off or if I just want to send it back. Not thrilled thus far.
