UPDATE: Kudos to the company for reaching out an offering a refund, which means they take there products and feedback seriously. I have provided them with some more detailed specifications on the TYPE B, TYPE C NEMA 5-15 standards. Hopefully they will update their description so others will understand the use case that these will work for. These do NOT change the voltage, so the PSU needs to support 110 AND 220 volt input. So this works for certain laptop PSUs when on business travel. This will NOT work for most other American electronics as it does not step down the voltage. This was sufficient for travel to EU to power the company laptop.

Plugged in the hotels aim Ireland and power came out.

So I bought this product about 1 month before I traveled to Italy. I kept one and gave to my parents who were traveling with me. The product look fine and I choose this because I could charge 4 electronics at the same time that I needed to charge. Unfortunately when I arrived in Italy one of the USBs was bad. I tried different cables and but had the same result. When plugged in it sometimes showed a charging but stopped right away...bad connection. I worst part by the time I got back I couldnt return it, because since I planned ahead and ordered it a month before travel the return window had closed. (I couldnt test it until I traveled) So I am stuck with a bad usb connector...

We used these in Curaçao and they worked perfectly! The USB chargers were a big plus
