This is an overall great case. Lightweight, sturdy, and nice looking!

I used this suitcase for the 1st time on vacation. One of the wheels broke apart and there was a huge dent/hole in the side. 1 and done I guess. Not durable at all.

Purchased for our 9 year old daughter. Very light weight and wheels roll perfectly. Its perfect for her to haul her own bag during trips.

Three of the wheels did not rotate easily (see video), therefore I would only be able to wheel the bag forward, not side to side. Although, this is considered a “hard-sided” suit case, it is extremely cheap and flimsy and it is not truly hard. There is no way anyone would rate this above one star.

I used this suitcase for an eight-day trip to Rome and Paris. I was able to fit all my clothes and essentials in this little case, and I also escaped paying an exorbitant amount on additional luggage fees between countries and three different airlines. This bag is a MUST for anyone that wants to travel abroad without checking a bag.

What a beautiful, spacious carry-on suitcase! The color is perfect, the texture hides scuffs and it fits perfect in the overhead bin. I love the zippered storage in the lid that securely holds all my toiletries, hair appliances and shoes. The wheels roll easily on carpet and across rough parking lot surfaces. I never check luggage, and this suitcase is the perfect size, even for a full week of business travel.

The extendable handle broke on the first trip. The push button doesn’t fully retract the pins, preventing it from extending or collapsing.

Handle does not remains in place. It slides down making it hard to carry.

Would not buy the wheels do not work!
