> 3 dayThese work great on soap scum in the shower, limescale around faucets, hardened toothpaste in the bathroom sink, etc. And theyre much cheaper than the name brand. They seem like they start coming apart really fast, though - I can easily use one per sink if the mess is bad. Even so, I would buy these again.

> 3 dayClearing permanent marker off of plastic surface? Check. Removing hard water stains off shower windows? Check. Getting the last bit of food crust off a pot or pan? Yeah, but not very easily and the eraser breaks down fairly quickly. Scrubbing the dirt off the rubber soles of your sneakers (even after doing a pre-wash)? Shreds into a million pieces. Price is nice and they generally do the trick, just not for the toughest jobs. Brand name will break down too, just not as quickly as these. Is the weaker product worth significant savings? In my opinion, yes (unless the brand name pricing drops significantly). Pro tip - if youre going to cut these up into smaller erasers, dont slice them too thin (bc theyll fall apart WAY faster). Aim for thick cubes rather than thin sheets. DO NOT put melamine foam in your toilet tank thinking it will clean the toilet bowl with each flush. It wont. DO NOT use as an alternative to toilet paper, wet wipes or bidet, you lunatic! Actually, dont use toilet paper as an alternative to wet wipes or bidet. Actually, dont use wet wipes as an alternative to bidet. What Im trying to say here is, uh.. DO get a bidet and enjoy having that region properly clean all day. #makeamericasbuttscleanagain DO let the kids build a pyramid out of the melamine foam blocks. DO wear gloves while cleaning with these. They can be brutal on your skin. Its been ten minutes without obsessively cleaning something, so wrap this review up I must!

> 3 dayI bought these as a potential alternative to Magic Erasers, because I was attracted to the price point and great reviews. So, perhaps unfairly, I used it on my most challenging job, cleaning the baked on gunk in my much used Breville oven. While it was OK for this task, it wasnt as effective as I hoped. I had a piece of Magic Eraser left over and it rubbed off the same dirt much more effortlessly. HOWEVER, these sponges did an AMAZING job of removing scuffs from painted surfaces without disturbing the paint. With Magic Eraser, you need to apply a bit of pressure to erase the scuff, but the paint comes off with the scuff if you apply any sort of pressure,so the process was counterproductive. With these sponges, you can bear down a little bit and have a perfect outcome. I would buy these again for removing marks on more delicate or painted surface.

> 3 dayI think these cleaning erasers are fabulous. I like the thickness of them and the sharp edges. They definitely last longer than the store button once I have purchased in the past

> 3 dayI was a skeptic… I clean houses for a living. I use magic erasers on a daily and I have to say that by far these are the best bang for your buck. The thickness is great, it allows you to cut in half and get 2 for the price if one. Very durable. I love them! The only problem I have is that I waited so long to give them a try.

> 3 dayI had never used a magic cleaning pad until I had an acrylic sink installed. No longer could I use abrasive cleanser. After the small town I live in stopped carrying my usual magic cleaning pad, I turned to Amazon and decided to buy the economy pack so that I need no longer be frustrated with where to search for my most needed cleaning product!

> 3 dayI bought these because I paint, and I would often end up with pigment stains on my paint pallet that I couldnt wash off with any amount of scrubbing. I knew that Magic Eraser sponges were great for removing stains, but I was looking for something a bit bigger than the Mr. Clean ones, as theyre very small, and dont last long at all. I looked up what the Magic Eraser sponges were made out of, and found out that Mr. Cleans Magic Eraser is literally just a Melamine Sponge with a little bit of Mr. Clean cleaning agent in it, but the Melamine Sponge is the part of the item that does the Magic Erasing. So instead of paying 12 dollars for a 10-pack of Mr. Cleans Magic Erasers, I looked up Melamine Sponges and found this 20-pack of sponges that are TWICE AS THICK as Mr. Cleans, and so will last twice as long. They remove the pigment stains from my paint pallet and the handles of my brushes in LITERALLY 1 SWIPE, and because I dont have to scrub anything with very much pressure at all, these things dont fall apart very easily at all, and I imagine that one of these will probably last me a month or more (if I only use it to clean my painting equipment, that is) All in all, I give these an A+
