These 1x1 plastic bags are really, really, small. They look more like a 1/2 in. size. I have been much happier with the 2x2, 4-mil size. Which also look very small but are big enough to be useful for holding jewelry and watch parts, watch batteries, watch bracelet links, etc. The one-inch by one-inch bags are a bit difficult to open because of their small size, and I have yet to find any item small enough to put in one of them. I think youd struggle to fit a quarter coin in one and theyre very difficult to write on, even with a fine-point Sharpie. So, the one-inchers are just too small for my particular purpose, although at 4 mil thickness, they do seem fairly sturdy. Might be just the ticket for your job, but boy, are they small!

Bags are heavy duty and pretty thick. Difficult to open, but gets the job done. Bags came in a DVD case so be very careful when opening or else all the bags just spill right out. 4 stars only because it’s pretty difficult to open the bags.

these 1”x1” are TOO SMALL (for anything!!!) ALSO, almost impossible to OPEN!!! wasted my money. also, measurements are not accurate.
