Refurbish process is spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Do not take the risk on buying these electronics used or renewed. This came with a 5w charger, that was not able to charge anything other than an iPhone 5s, and asides from that the device died one day after I got it. It just died, although it was fully charged and the battery health was on 87%.

For only $50 less than an Apple Certified Refurbished unit from the Apple store, you get a sketchy power adapter and cable that cant charge the device properly (the official accessories that come with an ACR unit are a $50 value on their own), you get a brown box instead of a cool new white box which, whatever, and a 90 day warranty with these sketchy people instead of 1-year, upgradable to 2 years with Apple Care, which would include accidental damage protection, warranty. This is a crappy deal, thats all.

The product arrived as described. It was shipped and received quickly. The device is in good condition and works well. They even took the extra measure to send it with a screen protector and small case, which I wasn’t expecting, but appreciated.

MISLEADING-

The iPad Pro 10.5 looks brand new. Very pleased.

For 200 bucks it’s worth it.

It works great on drawing apps that we use for our business.
