I ordered a 14 inch and i received a 12 inch i am totally dissatisfied with my product.

Very pretty laptop. Good camera. Light but strong. Just remember it has Windows 10 S (Security). If you have trouble downloading any software just remove the S mode and then everything should run fine.

It’s not touch screen but I love the quality

Works well for me as a travel laptop.

Works for my sons basic games and school for both of us. No issues whatsoever. I have had since February 2020. Just wish it would come back on sale so I could buy a couple more!

The initial startup didnt go as expected. Had to make the 45 minute call to Microsoft to authenticate the operating system. Afterwards everything clicked along. Nice sceeen, starts quickly and is fast on the internet. Looking forward to google gigabit connection
