This laptop ran fast and smooth until I couldnt stand using Bing and Edge and switched it out of S mode. My job is rooted in using Google docs and Gmail. Once I switched out of S mode, everything ran slowly and started to glitch. In short, if you want to use anything other than Edge and Bing, dont buy this. You cant switch it back into S mode once you switch out either.

DO NOT PURCHASE $400 and 1 year later this computer blacked completely out. I read the reviews but, I still decided to purchase and long behold.....Im out of $400...

My mom loves this computer (li bought her. The only complaint is that the keys are not backlit and the font color on the keys is very hard to see. She had to buy a clip on laptop light to be able to see the keys.

It was really good but it stopped working and charging after a while

Didnt get the backpack listed. Fresh out of the box and it struggled to load browsers, incredibly slow. Can’t even use for just simple browsing or checking social media without it giving me multiple connection errors. Returning same day.

The ONLY dislike I have is that its not a touchscreen, other than that I love it! Everything streams seamlessly and smoothly.

I bought a computer 3 months ago. After a month I updated it and the computer died. I contacted customer service because was under warranty. The female who emailed me was so rude. I lost my money!!! I wish I find the email so I can posted it.

Overall a nice, simple, and lightweight laptop for school. The bag it comes with is really nice!

Do not buy this computer ! You will regret it

The picture quality is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. If I was in a better spot I would return it however I live in a nursing home and dont have transportation.
