This was a gift for my husband and it arrived with part of the screen falling popping out out of its frame. Never even turned it on.

2021 Newest Lenovo Flex is not newest. I arrived with no English language instructions for set up. The serial number shows that it is two years old. It is out of warranty. Please provide the correct Chromebook immediately.

Very unhappy we got this 2 day and when I opened it plugged it in turned it on im like wth r u kidding me nothing like ording a new Chromebook but I think we got a used 1, so yes I called them and told them so im return it tomorrow and they gave a credit of 25 so thats good ..

Nice little flex laptop that served my needs. Integrating Chrome, Fire OS is a pain. Truly disappointed to find
