I wanted an inexpensive computer to carry around with me and according to the product description, it fit the bill. My # 1 requirement was a back-lit keyboard. The product description said it had one, it does not. Kind-of a big deal for me. If thats not an issue for you, it seemed to be great otherwise.

Product description very much lied about the keyboard being backlit. Pretty pissed about that considering it the reason I chose this laptop over others I was looking at. Otherwise, it works fine for the basic little wprd processor I use it for. Also, not a cool design like any online description of the model. This one is straight flat black. Incredibly plain-looking. And one of my keys is at a wonky angle, but it works. Considering the ither asus products I own, this one falls short, honestly.

If you loved the portability and battery life with your chromebook but missed some features of Windows, this is perfect. I took mine out of S mode (prompted to do so when downloading 3rd party software). It runs spreadsheets, word processors, and anti-virus software with no issues. Video streaming, web surfing, email, Roblox with kids, no problem. Goes all day without a charge. Smaller than an 8x11 sheet of paper. Fires up as fast as a chromebook. Keyboard works great. In love with this machine!

Brought this for a gift, it arrived just on time (used in like new condition). Opened it up get it setup and it was locked to another Microsoft user. Nothing could be done, now I have no gift and have to wait either 7 days for a replacement or 3-4 for a refund. Waste of time and money. 1/5 stars for Quality control, someone should have caught this issue before it was resold.

I know it was cheap but I later found out the USB-C is only for charging and does not support docking station/ external monitors. Lame.

Es bastante veloz para las especificaciones tecnicas que tiene de serie. La tarjeta de red responde excelente a 5ghz. Apenas es para navegar o office recordando que la pantalla es de 11 pulgadas. Aparte de la ranura de SD se puede colocar un disco nvme y aumentar considerablemente los tiempos de respuesta del almacenamiento (mmc hace bien las cosas de fabrica pero si les sobra un disco nvme vale la pena instalarlo en este PC.

Very Disappointed Because I love Asus An Own Couple Gaming Ones An Had Gotten This One To Use For Work Since I Work At Night An Seen It Says An Shows in The Pictures It Has A Backlit Keyboard. Which I Got Excited.. Untill It Came Today An NOPE.. Guess Not Taking This One To Work Tonight..
