This is a great product. I bought this as a gift for someone who transports people to and from events. The person I gifted it to has said that it is perfect for his needs. He can help people in and out of the car in the rain and its large enough to provide plenty of cover for him and his clients.

Nice umbrella. It’s large ad opens nice. Had one for a couple years and it broke spectacularly so we got a replacement because we love the umbrella. The new one was missing its button to open and close/lock the umbrella. Also the colors were out of rainbow order. So we ordered a second replacement. This one has the button but the colors are STILL out of rainbow order! There is a panel of 3 pinks that are in the wrong place. Unsure of its worth ordering a third replacement to get a correct rainbow.

So, I purchased this beautiful umbrella last year and have never used it until today. First, I could not open it due to the open button being too close to the handle, second, when I finally got it open, I could not close the umbrella. As of right now, it is sitting in my dining room open. Soo frustrating! I paid $23.00 for nothing. How do I get a new one? How do I contact the seller? Someone please help.

I purchased this for my daughter who identifies as part of and supports LGTBQ+ people. She really wanted a rainbow umbrella. This does not fold down compact. Its almost five feet tall and does not collapse. That said, it has at least twice as many supports in the canopy of the umbrella as any other I could examine. I found other rainbow umbrellas at less cost but they clearly were not as well made. We have serious wind gusts here in the Portland area and I also wanted something which would stand up to those for her. This wont leave room for her friends to walk next to her umbrella on a standard sidewalk but they can stand under it with her and comfortably walk together. Its wide enough to cover two people comfortably, three if not moving fast or at all and standing very close together. Shes had no issues with the umbrella trying to take flight or invert in the wind gusts as the collapsing umbrellas always do. She took an extra step, at my recommendation, to spray the topside of the umbrella fabric with shoe water repellant to make doubly sure she stayed dry. We also have brief, heavy rainfalls where the streets flood temporarily...not typical rainfall so an extra layer of protection was a good thing. I definitely recommend this umbrella in this or whatever hue you prefer. Its very well made and in a pinch can double as a defense weapon possibly. Unlike most umbrellas today, this one curves straight down, ending about the waist area, rather than ending out at a declining angle making slanted rainfall pelt away at your as if you had no umbrella at all. As I said, this is a well-made umbrella.

I love this umbrella, except the end cap on the handle was broken when I got it. I dont want to return the whole umbrella, but that looks like my only option!

This umbrella is awesomely beautiful, and feels like real quality material. The colors are vivid. The handle is comfortable. It is exactly how it looks in the picture. I bought the automatic, and the mechanism works perfectly. Just be aware: this umbrella is big. I mean like you-can-easily-fit-four-people-underneath big. So if youre looking for a smaller umbrella that fits maybe two people, this will be a bit of overkill. Still, it is undeniably awesome.

Awesome item. Arrived in great shape and my artist daughter loves it!!
