My son asked for a pirate puppet for Christmas, out of the blue, and I wasnt sure what to get. We ordered this one and I thought he may play with it but expected it to take a backseat to the other gifts. I was so wrong! He has played with it everyday since and has had to fight off his older sisters who now are talking about asking for similar puppets for their birthdays. The stick is removable, making it possible to use it on either hand of the puppet. This is important, especially if you have left and right handed people playing with it. This puppet has been a great addition to my kids creative play.

Got this for our 12 yr old grandsons birthday. Well constructed & nice weight to it. Was a little pricy but the smile on his face made it worth it.
