I bought this camera and the reason I gave it a 3 star is because it’s not saving my video. I needed my video the other night because someone left turd in front of my door and I couldn’t review who did that.

I bought the system with the intent of USB storage because I didnt want another monthly bill. Blink makes it so inconvenient to use the USB that its obvious that their goal is to shoehorn you into their monthly cloud service. Exhibit A: They only allow up to 256 GB internal storage. Exhibit B: It takes additional time to view a clip from USB vs cloud. Exhibit C: You can only delete 1 clip at a time from USB via the app whereas you can delete mass files from the cloud. It a huge time sink and a slow process. Hardware works good, but the issues mentioned above are a little off putting.

This setup is neat and compatible with all 4 of my cameras and no monthly fee

Bought this and the sync module. It worked for a couple months and recently stopped. I thought it was the sync module but other usb drives worked.. so, that was a waste of money. You’d think blink would Have a better warranty than just 3 months on something like this.

Its weather proof. It has a good range of motion. Good deal for the money.

I got this everything seems ok. Yet never once has it allowed the SIM card or additional card rather for extra storage to back up the Blink system I need it to. It’s just basically nothing. It’s useless if it’s not backing up my storage or giving me more space. I’ve done everything and nothing works. I say it’s just this is junk. Who knows.

Makes it all look neat and tidy

They should have this option for every device that needs some sort of cloud or subscription. This is a great alternative to a monthly service that you may not need and still have the ability to utilize the camera’s features at no extra cost. 100% recommend if you’re on a budget or just to eliminate another monthly fee.

Keeps everything neat and tidy. And the price for the 256GB drive is awesome. Anyone with a Blink system should purchase one.

Great way to keep module and cord in unobtrusive package.
