This was a smart purchase! In the past, Ive purchased the cartridges without chips and during the transfer, I damaged the existing chip I had. I neither have to waste time transferring the chip nor worry about damaging it. This was a smart decision and is a quality product.

I have only had the toner in the printer for about a month and maybe printed 40 or 50 pages, but seems to work great, was recognized and accepted by the printer, and addressed streaks in the pages that were printing with the old cartridge. I will probably buy the 2-pack next time for the better value, but I would recommend this product to someone with a compatible printer.

This toner sets itself apart of the rest with its print quality. It provides high quality sharp printers and does not leave dust all of the page some of the other budget toner. It fits in the printer easily without having to shimmy it in there. Best of all, it is a great value for the amount of prints it can produce.

I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw printer and I recently purchased the 202X 202A Toner Cartridges High Yield 4 Pack. Initially I had problem with the magenta toner cartridge because everything that was printed had some faint magenta dots or smudges along the right edge of the paper. I tried visiting the tuturial link: shortcut.at/flqfw that was printed on the toner cartridge for some pointers but it seemed like it was a broken link. Eventually someone did reached out to me and I was able to explain and show the problem with my printed output. They did determine that it was probably a defected toner cartridge and offer me a full refund or if I would like to try a replacement cartridge. I didnt want to give up yet and give them another chance, so I let them know I would like a replacement magenta toner cartridge. Email was quick and responsive and I received the replacement in a couple days. The replacement toner had a different label HF503XM but otherwise look very similar to the 202X CF503X. After I put in the new replacement, my printing issues was solved and the print quality was excellent. I have to say that customer service was very good and even though I had an initial problem, they were able to solve it quickly and I am quite satisfied with the end results: good print quality, reasonable price, and excellent customer support.

I was leary of ordering an off brand cartridge but I have not been disappointed and will be reordering as needed.

These are quality printer cartridges and they work great with my HP LaserJet Pro M404. They install very easily. Just remove from the bag, remove the protective paper, and slide it into the printer in the same position as the one you removed. The printer cartridge snaps right into place. The printer displayed the message: Genuine HP cartridge installed (or something along those lines). Printed a test page with no issues -- the blacks look as expected, and weve been using it daily for about a week now. A great, much lower price alternative to the HP 58A printer cartridge. Were glad we found these printer cartridges.

I have been using them in my HP Color Laser Jet Pro (MFP M281fdw) printer which Ive had for a few years and love. I find the print quality, black and color, excellent. The HP brand cartridges are very expensive, so I saved a lot of money for the same quality. Cant find any reason to buy any other brand.
