Seems well made. Like that it has a lock (which is very easy to set). Held up on its first flight. Easy to pack and holds a lot.

I bought this set for an upcoming cruise that I am going on. I thought I would need to use both of the bigger suitcases but everything fit into the bigger one with room to spare! The item arrived quickly and was well packaged, not a scratch anywhere. The locks and handles all work great. All of the suitcases roll smoothly. As someone else mentioned all three suitcases fit inside of each other for storage. Someone mentioned that they didnt get packing cubes, I didnt either, but honestly I dont remember seeing anything in the ad about packing cubes, so I am not sure what they are talking about. Bottom line is that this is a GREAT product and would purchase again! :-)

Ive never owned an expensive set of luggage but I took these to Mexico and they were fantastic. Very durable and light weight. I would strongly recommend them.

Very cheaply made. Well packaged but still came with a scratch. Zippers hard to work. Expandable but unless you leave stuff outside the covered sides no point in expanding.

Nice suitcase. It has zippers over each section plus straps to insure your clothes stay in place. One of the covers has 2 zipper compartments that are handy for smaller items like socks. The wheels are perfectly sized and roll nicely.

From the customers point of view, regardless of the quality, the service is worth five stars, but the customer service actively helped me after my parcel was lost. After I waited for a few days to confirm the loss, I re-sent me a new one. The quality is considered good , Is also in line with my expectations, and the follow-up customer service is also very caring. I am very grateful for this.

This is literally my first time packing this luggage and the seams already split. So disappointed and I leave tonight. Not worth the $180 I spent.
