Having just obtained a new iPhone, I found the need to replace my older lighting cords due to the implementation of a new C over the older USB insert into chargers. Had to replace those also, and these charging cords fit perfectly in both charger bricks? And also the multi inserts. Love the longer length also, as the additional length permits more movement while the charge is taking place.
