These are awesome! I have small wrists and they fit perfectly. There is also room to make it mich larger. Most of all I love the feel when wearing for an extended amount of time. I dont even notice it is on, and there is no sweating underneath, like some other bands Ive tried. I also like the fact the band is on the inside, so it cant catch on anything. I will definitely buy more!!
