> 24 hourThe cable is well made and remains flexible in the cold. The tote bag and strap are handy for organizing all of your adapters and the microfiber is high quality. When all of the choices are around the same price the extras included with this one actually make it an easy choice.

> 24 hourI bought this adapter to use my 30 amp trailer with my new 2500 watt dual fuel generator which only has a single 120 volt outlet. It works perfect for my application plus the extra items included (bag, wiping cloth, and strap) are used to keep the adapter, propane hose, and regulator all together and strapped to the carry handle on the generator. Also, the strap is used to relive the strain on the outlet when the adapter is plugged into the generator. Very pleased and would recommend to others

> 24 hourThis adapter fits my RV trailer perfectly, and allows me to use an extension cord to plug in to my home electricity to keep things running while at home. It also has the threaded sheath to help keep out the elements from the connection. The household plug only carries half the current of the trailers 30a rating, so its important to be mindful about what youre running. It can, for example, run an air conditioner, or a water heater, but should not be used for both at the same time. Most of the time though, I just want the converter to stay online so the battery will be topped up when I need it, and this setup is more than enough for that.

> 24 hourThis adapter plug with a female 30 amp end and a 15 amp male end is sturdy and makes it easy to connect a 30 amp RV cord to a 110 volt AC plug. It also came with an ultra soft microfiber towel and a handy carrying bag. Just what I was looking for!

> 24 hourAs another reviewer stated, this is limited by the straight 5-20 plug. Most of these pigtails have both plug and receptacle at a 90° angle. While the TT30R is exactly that, the 5-20P is straight, which creates a stress point if that part is plugged into a wall outlet. Frankly, for those situations, a pigtail with a 90° angle 5-20P should be use. With that said, there is a situation where this straight 5-20P would be preferred, and thats with a (heavy duty) extension cord.

> 24 hourI didn’t use this adapter for its intended purpose of connecting an RV to a residential 15a plug. I used it to connect an APC 3000XL UPS battery backup to a residential 30a plug. The battery backup has a NEMA L5-30P connector. This adapter allowed me to plug this into a residential outlet to test the UPS. As always when plugging something like this in you need to ensure that you don’t pull more amps that your circuit can handle. While one end of the cable is 30 amps, the other is 15 amps and you always work off of 80% of the lowest ampacity. So in this case 12 amps. The adapter worked great for my testing and I will get the proper plug installed now that I know the UPS is working. Also included with this adapter is a reusable carrying bag and a microfiber cloth. This is obviously more suited for the intended purpose when working with an RV. This is a well built adapter that should do what you need as long as you follow the electrical safety rules.

> 24 hourShort length heavy gauge connector that adapt a 3 prong 120 volt extension cord to the camper. Great for low load electric connections. Eliminates having to use the expensive heavy gauge line which is convenient and reduces wear and tear. Comes with a carrying bag and Velcro hanger and can be easily stored in the camper tool box.
