For the price this is a waste of money

You get a rolled up piece of loosely woven mesh that is not welded or otherwise fixated. By the time I had it flattened I lost 1 to 2 wires per side, leaving me short for the opening it was designed for. Maybe spraying with some clear lacquer prior to handling to glue the weave together would help.

Unlike the thin original screens on my roof stacks, there is no way any critter will chew through this thick screen which when I tested with a magnet, proved it was Stainless Steel.

I purchased it to filter the soil and sand from stones in order to plant trees.. worth and convenient to use

You cannot cut this stuff easily and if you do----it is NOT welded and falls apart!

I bought it to separate my coals from the ashes when I clean my fireplace insert. I cut a piece and pushed it into my coal bucket creating a mold, then taped the sharp edges. It really works great and does the job. The only down side is, if you cut it, you have to do something about the sharp points- of course.

We thought there were 5 pieces, rather than #5.... whatever that means. This is a single piece 12x24.

Use this product to line the inside of your perforated tube bird feeder or use it in the suet cage. It works. Zero squirrels ... so far.
