    Greater than one week

The audio is a bit sketchy and the plug for earbuds does not fit - the hole is too large for the earbuds, or earbuds are too small for the hole.

I bought this to replace my old Ipod and I have not been disappointed. So far the battery life has been excellent, I use it a few hours a week and it still has over 50% charge on it. Much better than my ipod, even new I dont think it did that well. Time will tell of course. The user interface is easy to understand and use the soft buttons to navigate menus. They are responsive and dont seem too delicate. The sound reproduction is good and the bluetooth range is great as well. I only use it for working out, so I only use the bluetooth and music but even on their own, I would say this is a good product.

I cant speak to the functionality of the product. I can tell you that I was quite disappointed to purposely seek out an MP3 player that charges via USB - C only to be lied to that this item was such an MP3 player. It is not. It charges via Micro USB. Not the end of the world, but certainly a false listing and a waste of my time. Be careful out there. Mine is headed back.

Great basic mp3 player with no internet access which is perfect for our daughter who’s away at school

Got it. Charged it. Turns on but does not turn off. Display is unresponsive. Bluetooth device does not appear in my device options list on my computer. No micro SD card. Device wont show under my drive lists (should be drive D). Am requesting a replacement. Note: the earbuds are comfortable. The booklet is miniscule print and unreadable.

This Lady-Boomer-engineer is dissatisfied. Returned item. See review by Keith Thompson; I agree with everything he said. Adding to his comments: every album I downloaded was stored as unknow, not even as unknown. There is no artist information. Everything is lumped together. The instructions dont even say how to download, such as, which directory to I put the music into? The answer seemed to be just send it over to the drive root level, (to D: for example). It uses the old USB connection, but advertises the newer one. I also populated my old Danshue mp3 in about a half hour, but this mp3 player was very slow to receive music files so I gave up. It advertises as fast; it isnt. I didnt try the movie feature. Bad instructions. My husband can read the Chinese instructions but they are just so tiny. The screen icons are a bit fuzzy and look like a 1980 computer screen.

All the display language was in Chinese. Since no other reviewer complained about this issue, Im guessing I got a unit intended for the China market. The English instructions were so small I needed a magnifying glass to read them, and I had to get my teenage neighbor to read them for me. But that was little help as the instructions were obviously written by someone who was not fluent in English, and neither I nor my neighbor could understand the convoluted and overly complicated controls. The instructions say it supports 25 languages, but to change the display to English you have to go through several steps in the menu and they are all written in Chinese as well! We tried every button and never could figure out how to change the language. All I really wanted was an mp3 player, and the buttons had symbols for their basic functions, so I assumed I could figure it out. But even downloading songs onto it required going through steps in the menu. After half an hour trying to get it to work, I gave up. Im returning it for a different model.

This is a great little player. The interface takes a little time to get used to but overall its easy and the player functions well, with all of the features youd need to play your favorite music.

Device had power and came preloaded with a song and a video. But after several attempts of connecting to my PC and confirming my usb ports worked by plugging in other devices, this still wouldn’t work. It’s poorly designed.

Had the product for over a month. Recently had more music downloaded to it. Now its not turning on. You get what you pay for, and this is not worth the money. Since its now over a month, I am no longer able to return it.
