My husband wanted this for a unique outdoor project hes working on. Its a good size (width and thickness wise) and there was plenty for what he needed done. He says its got great adhesion and so far has been water resistant (weve had quite a bit of rain and its holding up great). Ill update my review if we run into any issues. It seems to be reasonably priced.

This tape is strong and makes leaks go away. It is wide enough to use in many places and it is strong enough to stop a leak. Since it is waterproof, you can use it over water leaks and you can also repair places that need a strong tape.

I have a 1995 Nissan Maxima that runs great, but slightly leaks from the sunroof. The sunroof has been inoperable for years now, and I have no intention of fixing it. I did however want to waterproof that leak, and decided to give this tape a try. After cleaning the surface very well, I cut the tape to size, and tried to do my best to plug the gap. I taped the circumference of the sunroof, and applied a little bit of heat with a heat gun, just to help the butyl activate, and adhere better. The tape is excellent quality, and the adhesion is extremely strong. I put a test strip over a small gap on my work bench, because I wanted to see how well it would close that gap. When I removed the tape I could see by the imprint, that it does an excellent job of filling the gap, therefore waterproofing it. Its also worth mentioning, the adhesion that I experienced, was very strong, when I tried to peel it off of my work table. I have the utmost confidence that this tape is excellent quality, and will do the job for many years to come. I thought it worth mentioning as well, from the picture in the listing, the blue of the tape looked pretty bright, but in reality, it is a darker tone that is more understated. All in all, its an excellent quality leak repair tape, and I would certainly recommend it.

I used this outside and its held up to snow, rain, and wind. Ive never used other tape, but this brand works really well. Worth getting.

This is some great waterproof tape. Its quite a bit, 33 feet long is hard to picture in your head until you see the roll. Its a large roll and will last us for quite some time, as this isnt something I use often but when I do, its great to have on hand. I really like the blue color of it as well, I purchased it specifically because of the blue. I havent tested it for being fireproof as the product description states it is, but have no reason to doubt it. Everything else claimed in the description is true, very sticky and very waterproof.

Wow, this is awesome tape for fixing stuff in an emergency. This is excellent tape for all sorts of repairs. Its very high quality and heavy duty thick tape that will last a good long time.

I wasnt expecting this tape to be so sticky! The adhesive layer is more than 1/16th thick. Have you ever tried to get bubble gum off the sole of your running shoes? This is a lot like that. Really good product. Excellent value for the price.

Used this to seal a small hole made by a branch in the roof of the trailer. Its really sticky and should last quite a while. Just make sure you place it slowly so it doesnt wrinkle. Im not sure how it compares to the name brand, but it solved my problem.

If you have a hose with a small hole or split, this should allow you to repair it and continue to use it. Ive tried the repair kits but they never hold up to any pressure. We dont know how long it will last since we are just getting into the growing season but will update this review if anything negative comes up.

I must admit that I don’t own any aquatic items, but I do have a multitude of projects that require some protecting (namely my car). I am using the tape to protect the undercarriage of my car by patching up my splash shield. While I haven’t thoroughly road-tested the tape, it is still intact!
