38 Silly Monkey, Wrap Around Waist, Ventriloquist Style Puppet

Mostly pleased with this puppet. My first grade students really enjoy when I use Pat. I likev how I can move his soft mouth in different positions to show emotions better than many puppets that have flat hard mouths. I think that the metal rod controlling the hand is glued on at the wrong angle. It makes waving bye-bye very awkward! :-P

It is in fact a silly monkey puppet. I defy you not to be amused, in fact, the Monkey defies you not to be amused. It would be much better if the eyes moved, but that is a small thing. The mouth moves and the face is very expressive. It comes with an Arm to manipulate the Monkeys arm. I would pay extra for the eyes to move as well, but otherwise, a very good puppet for casual fun.

Have not given this gift to my grandson yet. But I LOVE him!! Bought some 2 toddler matching shirts for Silly Monkey to match my grandsons shirts... Created a letter, birth certificate and an adoption certificate to interact with our grandson... I hope he likes it!

My daughter has aspirations of being a ventriloquist. She wanted a monkey puppet. I got her this monkey puppet. She loves it. She named him Charlie (Charles Darwin, monkey... get it?). She plays with him all the time. Hes kind of become a seventh member of the family. Hes played board games with us, even beating my nearly 15-year old son in a few games of Connect Four. So its a smart monkey too. ;) Seriously though, a great puppet and the shipping was so quick. I ordered two days before Christmas and it came the day after.

its alive Im sure of it. hes my favorite possession. he sheds a bit but I forgive him. look into his eyes. they are full of malice and they are lifeless.
