4 Doors Access Control System Core Control Components with Metal 5A 110V-240V Power Supply Box and Four Doors TCP/IP Network Access Control Panel Wiegand Controller,Computer Based Software,remote open

There are a lot of similar 1/2/4 door access control Wiegand compatible boards available and I was unsure which one to go with. Luckily I went with this one and the instructions provided with the board were second to none. Well written, lots of pictures, and e-email / skype account contact details should you want to be walked through any issues. My board worked perfectly out of the box but I realized I wanted to have remote management of the board with Wifi and not run cat6 cable from my ethernet switch... in addition I wanted to get a reader that supports HID Prox... so I sent an email.... I got a super fast response explaining what I needed with options to buy from other sellers (if I wanted it super quick) or the option to buy from this seller if I did not mind waiting for international shipping. I was in no rush and received the equipment a week later. Now I am able to change pins, enroll new users, remotely open doors from my PC without needing to use ethernet cable... in addition I can support HID Prox cards. I am super happy with the purchase and the awesome support.... the vendor is really behind their products!

This is the second system Ive purchased and they have both worked out great so far. This controller is universal open standard so most hardware you already use it should integrate with few problems. We use AWID-26 RFID cards and were able to purchase card readers separately and integrate them into this controller seamlessly. Any issues we had were because of installation errors but tech support was on top of everything and were able to resolve the issues quickly with just a few emails. Ill be in the market for a 16-door controller and I am hoping this manufacturer either has one on the shelf or can build one out for us.

I’ve installed a few of these controllers now (even systems with multiple controllers) and they’ve always been great. I’ve only had to deal with support once or twice, but they were fast to respond and help!

Im very pleased with this controller. This was my first time installing this sort of device. I had a minor issue and I contacted support. They were very responsive and provided me with accurate info to quickly solve my problem. Buy this controller and you wont be disappointed.

The software is a little daunting on first use, but its actually pretty simple once you know what is what. What amazes me though is the customer service. Any time I have had questions, I have a response via email within minutes with everything I need, and even some video instruction. It has been absolutely incredible, and totally not what I expected. They really do go above and beyond to make you happy.

I Installed over 30 units in 2 different apartment complexes.So easy to install and wire in. It took only a few minutes to understand the system. I will definitely recommend and install this system in future projects.

Great product and knowledgeable techsupport staff. I have been using those access control panels for the past 2 years and I must say they have worked flawlessly. You get the same functionality and flexibility of the more expensive systems at a fraction of the cost.

One small problem, where is the APP for this device for my phone?

Straightforward and easy installation very dependable . Tech support was always there for any problems easy to proram.

I bought several of these and had to contact support for help configuring them twice. Their customer support is excellent. I got responses very quickly and they were able to solve my issue. I was replacing an older system and needed help figuring out the wiring. Chen was awesome. Inexpensive products can be found everywhere but finding those with great customer support is rare.
