I jumped too quick. It took about 30 minutes after I sent an email. They responded and I was able to download the software and manuals. I even got a call from the company making sure I was able to download everything. I think they were just having temporary issue with their website. All is resolved and my system is up and running. So far so good. Seems to be well built, has many features and works great Website to download manuals and software is not working??

Was looking for Great Access Controller System with Phone App and with no monthly or monitoring fees. Support is within 24 hours, I had to ask for the registration code. Other than that manuals are very clear. Pictures are color. Support Staff is very friendly. Im very satisfied. Thank you

I purchased this set and ended up purchasing the door lock and magnet lock form same person, but separately since I needed a mixture. The install seems a little challenging at first, but it is actually easy and instructions are fairly well labeled and detailed. The software is easy to figure out and come with directions. I do have some items I have not been able to figure out that are software related as to first card opening and holiday schedule so that the door does not open on holiday automatically but still allows people to come into the building without deactivating all the profiles. The user manually explains some features, but not all in detail as to what they do or how they work. Overall this is a great buy and system. Looking to expand it soon. Just trying to make sure I can get it to do what I need. If you just need general in and out and able to track this is a great system and would recommend it. Tech Support so far has been very responsive. Usually within 24 hours or less I get a response. If all works fine with software will be expanding system soon. Also one thing is that rhe box does not fit a battery back up. It has the plugs to attach but the box is not big enough it seem like.

This is a great system. The controller works amazing. This was my first weigand system and it was actually pretty easy to set up and install. The seller includes great tutorials and videos as well with the product CD. His support is great. He really cares about his customers.

My alarm company wanted $59 for 2 doors PER MONTH and $34 dollars for additional doors PER MONTH. I couldnt do it... I bought this kit, installed it myself in less than a day and had it working. Its been running for 4 months now and I have had ZERO issues. I needed to call support a couple of times (mostly to verify what I was doing) and they were quick & responsive... I was contracted to do a door entry system install for one of my customers who had already purchased this system along with electronic strike locks. This entry system comes with everything needed except the wire and locks. We decided the Server Room needed a keypad in addition to the card reader so we purchased one as well. Super easy to install and hook up with the provided video links but easy enough to figure out mostly on your own without the videos. There are a few features that are considered Extended Functions which most people would not need included with the basic software. I will definitely purchase this system for any of my customers going forward.

Our HOA purchased this system; I am the secretary. It was installed by our local IT genius (Shawn) and he is amazing. He showed us how to work the system and I got the job of entering all of the needed names, addresses, etc. into the program. What fun (not!!). When I couldnt figure out some stuff, I got in touch with 回复(Wood) and he was the BEST - he even made videos of him doing what I wanted and sent them via email!! Amazing support (as he said, I will support you forever, so sweet). I cannot say enough about 回复 (Wood) and think he deserves a huge raise and commendations from his company. Thank you 回复 (Wood).
