40 Spools Polyester Embroidery Machine Thread

I bought the 40 spool box which is labeled Embroidex 100% polyester embroidery machine thread. Ive made a few baby bibs so far and have had no trouble with any breakage. The thread is very strong, and I love the colors. I have a Husqvarna Diamond Deluxe machine. The cones have numbers on the top but as a newbie I have yet to learn about how to plug these numbers into my machine but I peeled off the number sticker and put it into the cone cylinder in case I need it for the future. Some of the thread ends start under that sticker and on some cones the thread end is located at the bottom of the cone. I was worried at first when I couldnt find the end of the thread to start. Rest assured this is good quality thread and its a great deal to get started with your embroidery!

I bought the thread for my wifes new embroidery machine. The colors are bright and the thread is as strong as you could hope for.

I love the colors and the weight of the thread. Its strong enough to tolerate high speed machines without breaking it.

Love these threads. The colors are bright and beautiful. They worked perfectly on my Brother SE-400 sewing machine, though I had read some reviews mentioning otherwise. I already used the pink colors for some embroidery. I also thought they are value for money as you are getting 550 yards of thread and that too 40 colors. I ordered 35 polyester threads of 200 yards each for 10 bucks from another retailer but they were no where close in quality and quantity compared to these. Not to mention these are way cheaper than buying at joann where each thread cost 4 bucks. I used the dark colors for embroidery and the light colors for free standing lace. Some reviews mentioned that the thread breaks easily but that was not the case at all. Every thread worked well for me. If the thread breaks or bunches easily then please check the thread tension and re-thread the machine. Good luck and happy embroidering.

I have recently started using this thread and I have had nothing but problems with it. I have been embroidering flowers and the thread keeps fraying and then breaking! In embroidering 1 pansy flower I have had to retread my machine between 8-10 time. Very Frustrating, I will never recommend this product to other quilters!

The photo depicted spools on a rack. The spools came sans the rack, so I hustled out to a local sewing store to purchase two nice racks for my spools.

My order arrived on time. I have only used one spool of the thread since Im new to my machine and embroidery. The thread performed very well with my machine and on the fabric I experimented with. The colors are bright and the #s are clearly marked. Overall a very nice sampler package.
