Set up is a little tricky, but like other reviewers have said their customer service is top notch. I wish I would have found this sooner! I love that it can work with my chromebook. Its fast, prints well, and saves me so much time.

These labels have a nice semi-gloss finish and print great on my thermal printer. I just recently switched to thermal labels after doing regular ones on my laser printer for years, and these cost less than my old labels and have no toner cost. I get lightning-fast, clean, sharp shipping labels with these, and Im saving money compared to my old labels. A+

These labels constantly get crumpled or unpeeled while printing, making them effectively useless. When they do manage to stay adhered to the backing, they almost never print correctly with my Rollo printer. They are a disappointment and definitely not worth the money.

Easy to use, easy to feed into the thermal printer we were using them with. I cant find any complaints with these whatsoever and they have adhered to every package perfectly.

I got these to use with my Itari PM-241-BT thermal label printer, which I believe is a budget version of the Rollo. So far, so good! Ive had issues with some other label brands skipping labels, so I end up with a bunch of blanks between the labels that printed, which is super wasteful. Not these ones! Theyve been working perfectly, no issues of any kind. I typically print between 100-200 labels a month, and Ill be keeping this brand on my list of favorites to reorder.

Works well in the rollo printer I use it on. Would order again.
