I was super excited for this and I absolutely love it and highly recommend but the only down fall is a piece came broken as seen in the picture I took . Is there anyway where I can get it replaced.

The first play gym I received came in a damaged box with missing pieces as well as different hanging toys than pictured. I contacted the seller immediately and they responded within a day. After sending the seller pictures of the product I received, they fixed all the problems by sending a brand new play gym. The new play gym was as pictured and had all the pieces. The 2 play gyms were drastically different in quality. I would never let my child lay underneath the first one (thin flimsy wood, not sanded and not worth the price that I paid), but the second play gym had high quality wood, which was sanded and protected with a clear coat. The seller went above and beyond to make things right!

This play pad is so nice! It’s well padded, and it has things to keep baby busy on her back or during tummy time. I love that it can convert into a ball pit when baby is sitting! It is also a great neutral color so you can use it for a boy or girl!

Seems like a nice little baby gym/“ball pit”. Plush and comfortable for your little one. Seems well made. I didn’t find anything concerning with it as far as hazards.

Run, don’t buy this mat. Sure the mat itself is made pretty well but the toys will break off super easily. Also be careful because the padding in the mat can suffocate the baby if you’re not right beside your baby. This product will probably get recalled and it’s going to be because of the toys.

perfect for tummy time and nap time this mat is soft I added little soft animals to it perfect for little babies while mom get some things around the house done.

Such a great item. U can use it as a tummy mat, a small ball pit or just raise up the sides like small wall for added protection. The color is perfect very gender neutral the toys it came with are beautiful and very baby friendly that include soft plush chaped toys and a crinkly tie like for sensory, they way to tie up the walls is very easy. When flat it is larger than ur average round tummy mat, I did wash and dried the mat right away and it did help poof up a bit more since it came in a vacuum sealed bag and the padding was a bit flat so tossing it in the drier to fluf it up will do. The fabric is very soft and overall this is a very beautiful item all around. I have a round play area play pin type that this will fit perfectly in for when my baby starts being mobile and so now I dont have to look for a pad for that play pin anymore. So happy about that!

Terrible durability; the screws aren’t stable and it broke a 2 months after I got it despite being careful with the placement. My son was only 3 months when I got this
