> 3 dayPretty easy to install using the provided instructions. I added it to my Vista 20p system so that I could add a few wireless four-button remotes. In my installation I removed the board from its plastic housing and mounted it directly in the Vista 20p box. After hooking up the wires on the appropriate terminals I was cooking with gas. No additional setup required.

> 3 dayThis neat little wireless receiver was a no-nonsense DIY addition to my DIY Honeywell Vista 20 home alarm system, so that I could add wireless smoke alarms to my system--crucial for Homeowners Insurance discount!

> 3 dayI got this to replace an 8 channel Ademco Tx/Rx of the same type. This was a simple install, basically a plug and play with no issues whatsoever. Of course, the channels had to be adjusted, but once that was done, this works like a charm. I have no facts, but this SEEMS to have a bit longer range as I can use my key fob further from the house than I could with the older unit. Again, I did not measure it, it just seems to have greater spread of the signal.

> 3 dayPurchased this, expecting to receive one like the photo. But when I received it, it didnt include the 2 antennas in it. Not sure why I would buy a tx/rx that didnt have antenna for it.

> 3 dayUnlimited wireless zones and better range than the 6160RF keypad. If you buy a receiver for Vista panels, the ENL and ENM are not worth the purchase as they limit the amount of wireless zones and are about the same price. Not sure why Ademco has the option to purchase the other ones. Anyway, this receiver with a Vista 15/20/21IP and a non-RF 6160 keypad is a pretty solid combo. I say this because you have better wireless range and troubleshooting devices becomes easier. Also, if your keypad is vandalized, your wireless receiver still works due to being a separate device. However, you can use this with a 6160RF if your application requires it or just use a second ENH receiver. This is a good price for this receiver and worth the purchase if you need to add wireless to your Ademco Vista panel.
