> 3 dayCheck the exact size you need to cut out holes for LED spots. I needed a cut-out for 8 LED, but this one did not fit. The hole is too small and I will need to buy another hole saw. This hole saw is 203 mm.

> 3 dayThe kit just arrived. The mandrels do not fit a 3/8 inch drill chuck. Is a 1/2” chuck required? Where’s the support phone number?

> 3 dayIt was my first time using a hole saw so had to fiddle to figure it out. I get it that its a tool and may not necessarily come with instructions but it would be nice to have as some parts are not intuitive. I put the drill bit assemby it came with and hole saw bit together the first time with the result if it being loose. I flipped one of the threaded components (the bolt) and it came out tighter. It was also odd that tightening is by turning left instead of right. This may be standard with other kits but I find that the starter drill bit could be shorter, perhaps I can find an adapter and use my other drill bits. So far only used one but it seems to work fine. Good variety if sizes.

> 3 dayUsed it to cut holes for 6 vent pipe. This thing is heavy and very sturdy. For the price its a bargain. Im not sure how long it will stay sharp, but it it will do the job without complaint.

> 3 dayI cut 3 6 inch holes in painted 1/2 half inch drywall. The hole saw is worn out and will not cut anymore. No bueno.

19-04-2025Dont expect this to last you a long time. We have used one blade and it was beginning to dull before we even cut through the side of a cabinet (particle board, not even hardwood).... So, I expect well get about one use out of each size we have to use. Didnt expect it to be disposable but thats about what it is. I worried when I got it because the shank was huge .... but the chuck on my husbands Craftsman did manage to open enough to hold it - definitely a 1/2 shank on the mandrels.

> 3 dayI ordered the Hole Saw Set, 23pcs Hole Saw Kit with 17Pcs Saw Blades, General Purpose 3/4 to 6 for my occasional need to run a wire through the back of a cabinet - a round hole in the backing looks much nicer than my jigsawed irregular rectangle. The bit fits my drill fine and Im able to tighten it sufficiently for it to stay securely in place during use. Im thrilled to have such a variety of hole saw sizes--Im not using them for hardcore sawing, but for simpler decor-related projects and having this set on hand really makes it easy to keep the look clean and neat. I wouldnt necessarily consider these for heavy duty projects, but for my needs, theyre perfect.
