Greater than one weekWork perfect for power wire upgrade. I had an old stereo system in a beater truck and power wire took a crap. This one should hold up for a long time solid copper. Very heavy and flexible maybe a little undersized for gauge but will work fine.

> 3 dayIm building a Galley for the back on my Jeep Wrangler and I need to power a 12v to 120v inverter and a 12v Refrigerator/Freezer. Im running these cables from my Dual Battery set-up under the hood to the back of my Jeep with a Quick Disconnect so I can remove the Galley when Im not camping.

> 3 dayI bought this for my four channel JBL amplifier, it was recommended to run at 4 gauge. I have a 1987 Dodge Pickup. I was redoing all sound related (and many other) wires in the truck at the same time, Getting true Oxygen Free Copper cables was important to me. I also didn’t want a super shiny power cable running around with my otherwise unflashy truck. I’ve used welding wire for starter cables and ground cables, but I was tired of buying it by the foot from the battery shop. I purchased this cable, and a nice lug crimp, and now I can make professional looking heavy gauge cables at my leisure. I will definitely be buying this brand in the future for any such projects. I didn’t measure the gauge, but it was plenty thick compared with any other 4 gauge wire I’ve worked with. Not super fine strands of copper, not super thick either. It’s great that they offer so many gauge and length options when shopping on Amazon.

> 3 dayThese cables are definitely true size copper wires no bs there. Very beefy cables. I personally used them to make some jumper cables and they worked out great. For the price u just cant beat it, well worth it.
