Very disappointed in these lights. Bought them to make fairy light bottles & when I opened them, 1 set never worked, the green set only worked when you set the switch in just the right spot and the others worked well for a short time, but when they go to the point where I thought maybe they already needed batteries, even though they had only really been used for short periods at a time other than at the birthday party evening they were made for, they did not come back on with new batteries. Waste of money unless you really just want them for a 1 time use.

Do not buy these lights. They do not work. Just causes unnecessary frustration!

Works well, no remote control or timer purchased. The lights are bright and work well with my application.

I was excited about these battery powered lights but they only stay bright for a few days.

Theyre bright and long-lasting. We hooked one string to a 5V USB charger (and obviously voided any warranty) to run continuously, and the surviving bulbs have been shining for over two weeks straight. Yeah, two of the bulbs got hot to the touch and burned out, but that probably is because we put 5V through something designed for 3V (2 x CR2032 coin batteries.) Some of the remaining bulbs got a little warm, but have worked steadily (and safely) since then.

Ordered lights for wifes hobby projects which made her very happy. Great use in decorated jars and Christmas items.
