After 2 years of use of just keeping the filter clean, my V6 stopped working. When I removed the filter, however, the machine worked, so I knew the machine was good, but the filter had to be clogging things up. I ordered these filters after reading the reviews, and they proved to be just as many of the reviewers stated: Suction was as good as new. Great and necessary product. Simple solution to reduced suction power.

The filters are EXACT replacements for the original filters in your Dyson hand-vacuum (check for applicable model numbers in the product description) They fit perfectly and make the whole unit smell fresh and clean and it even has a bit more suction since my old filter was clogged. The little brush gift is handy, but I actually use it to clean my Roomba! Please not the filters and gift comes in a big Ziploc bag, so I guess this is a kind of home business, maybe the seller has a huge case of these filters or something, so dont be put off by that. The filters came brand new, I kinda like the mom and pop feel of the packaging.

Works same as OEM, if a tad looser, but not a huge issue. And a great value, able to switch them out after washing them.

The vacuum is actually operating a lot quieter after replacing the filter, and I think the suction may be stronger now. At the very least, the vacuum isnt pulsing on and off every single day on high power mode. My OEM filter is just ready to be tossed in the garbage can as cleaning it doesnt help anymore these days.

Product came quickly and was a perfect fit for our Dyson handheld.

For the money? You get a six-pack of filters that I run through the washer with my work clothes and they survive just fine, though I just let them air dry. I change them out about twice a week, as often as I do laundry, so my V7 is always running at its best. And with 6 of them, plus the original, Ive got a lifetime supply.

These are as great as the OEM product and the value is fantastic. Our original filter must have gotten damp as it started smelling each time we used our vacuum. These filters fixed the issue and we have plenty to keep the vacuum running in tip top shape for months!

Very good value buying 6 at a time. I have also been know to rice out the dirty ones a time or 2 and use again Will be buying more. We have a dog who brings in dirt besides me.

My Dyson was stopping frequently, despite my frequent t rinses of the HEPA filter. I replaced them with these, and eliminated the problem!
